In book form, ADAPTATION ASSEMBLAGE ARRANGEMENT is a container holding recipes in flux, exploring the ways that diasporic cultural histories entangle through sharing food, recipes, and meals together. The recipes in this book are multi-vocal: a cacophony of stories of encounter, passed down from spoon to foggy memory, from friends to me.
